I am offering to all my Landlords a tailored and personal service. Someone you can contact at times that best suit you, I understand that 9-5 hours just aren’t convenient. I make myself available to all Landlords day and evenings. I make myself flexible to your needs.
Inconvenient to visit an office? Work full time? Drysdale Properties does not need an office base to provide you with the below services. I am able to meet Clients, either in the comfort of your own home or at your business premises, or lets discuss over a coffee in costa! My personal service is tailored to suit you.
SERVICES NO UPFRONT COSTS! NO VAT!
Fully Managed Service - £195.00 Set-Up Fee + 10% of the achieved monthly rental income. - Payable upon securing a Tenancy Agreement.
Tenant Find Only Service - £295.00 One Off Set-Up Fee - Payable upon securing a Tenancy Agreement.
Tenant Find & Rent Collection Only - £225.00 Set-Up Fee + 8% of the achieved monthly rental income. - Payable upon securing a Tenancy Agreement.
Check in / out Service - £60.00 - One off Fee - Please enquire for more details on this service
Gas Safety Certificate - £85.00
Full Inventory - From £100.00 - Varies depending on the size of the property.
Energy Performance Certificate - £85.00
All Landlords will receive a fully detailed, transparent fee structure upon registering with Drysdale Properties to ensure compliance with the regulations relating to The Consumer Rights Act 2015 where all Agents are to display their fees.
As of November 23rd 2016 all Landlords will be required to register themselves and their properties in relation to the new legislation of the Rent Smart Wales Act 2016 - Please enquire within to see how Drysdale Properties can help you get trained and certified if you wish to manage your own properties or follow the link below for more information.
